Damiano Carrara, a native of Lucca, after various experiences in Europe moves to California in 2012, where he opens two pastry shops. In a short time he becomes a star of Food Network America and, in 2017 he lands in Italy and is chosen as judge of BakeOff Italia and Junior BakeOff. Then come the conductions of Cake Star with a Katia Follesa and Fuori Menù.
