The Project
Moving, like a plant. A plant that moves.
The Simbiosi project was born from the passion of two young chefs and sommeliers, Elisabetta and Daniele, who decided to embark on the path of cultivation and winemaking from the rooms of a famous starred restaurant. Here is Simbiosi, the point of union between quality and territory, between roots and flight.
The first product of the line is ExTerra (from the earth), a wine with many aspects, made with hands and heart and which aims at the most refined palates. Kidstudio’s work was simple: finding a way to describe that land and those flavors without drawing hills or castles. In a strong and human way. More human, we would say, than human: like the anthropomorphic cutting, designed by @RustleHare (on Instagram), which detaches itself from the ground and takes its path, following in the footsteps of Elisabetta and Daniele.
